Hi,
I just noticed that articles n=1 and n=2 seem to have expired from each
newsgroup. Those are the Welcome/charter and Terms of Use posts, respectively.
Is this due to some intentional administrative action, or is there any concern
that additional messages might begin to expire? (The archive here is an
invaluable historical resource!)

| (...) Wow! Thanks for noticing and pointing out that these have gone missing. (...) There's actually no expiry mechanism for LUGNET news articles. However, it's possible to cancel an article on a case-by-case basis using a script internally. The (...) (2 weeks ago, 9-Jun-26, to lugnet.admin.general)
