  Re: set 1271 Jungle Surprise

(...) I'm guessing this is Adventurers set then? What copyright date is shown on the box? 2000 or 1999? Is the treasure piece really silver colored or is it gold colored? Is it the traditional Amazon-Adventurers medallion? Female fig in a $2.99 (...) (25 years ago, 23-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.adventurers)

  set 1271 Jungle Surprise

Today I bought, for $2.99, a set called "Jungle Surprise" at a 7-11 across the street from where I work. This set contains 24 pieces, including a red snake and a black spider. It also includes a FEMALE minifig (with a rifle) and a silver-colored (...) (25 years ago, 23-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Re: Itty-bitty LEGO set looker-upper

(...) Ok, well, the best thing I can recommend then in that case is checking the "Navigation" checkbox before launching the utility. That way, you'll get a "Back" button for that window. (Unfortunately, I don't have MSIE5 to test this out and (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

(...) I've done both, but I can't say I've rigorously checked for this annoyance in all cases. (...) I'm sure it does. I just never use that function from the context menu, so I didn't think of it. So this situation is downgraded from an annoyance (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Re: Itty-bitty LEGO set looker-upper

(...) BTW, related to above, there's one other URL worth mentioning: (URL) - QuickSet launcher - launches itty bitty dedicated window with self-contained search box. qs.js - QuickSet search - issues a pop-up-prompt search box, then launches itty (...)   Re: Itty-bitty LEGO set looker-upper

(...) That would be great for security type issues I guess. Other than that I can't see any reason that the info off of the server would be a good thing. What happens when you move computers, or have more than one computer? I wouldn't be suprised to (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

(...) someday? This looks very usable--might even cause several personal Lego set databases to go out-of-use. One thing that I would like is for the actual personal data to be stored on my own computer. A directory on my computer to store this (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

Eudora bug rears its ugly head again

(...) Say, Dan, you must be running the same buggy newsreader/mailer that Tim Courtney is having trouble with...? (It's a flavor of Eudora, and it botches the References header on every post -- putting your reply in the wrong spot.) --Todd (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.admin.general)

  Re: Itty-bitty LEGO set looker-upper

(...) Wow, that's a very strange browser bug. (How did you launch it, BTW? With one of the 4 main launchers, or one of the 4 alternative links for non- JavaScript browsers?) (...) Hmm, MSIE5 doesn't have the right-click "Back" option? (I always (...) (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

(...) At home I run 1600x1200, but don't tend to have too much going on at the same time. At work, I run 1280x1024, but use the Common Desktop Environment so I have 6 different virtual screens, Netscape gets one, work gets another, etc. Really keeps (...)   Re: what makes a train set a set?
