Hi there! Thinking about this project, a few questions came up to me... How are binaries handled? Is there a filter active, that blocks postings longer as x lines? Or does the newsserver put a filter on the sender? How is spam handled? Also with a (...) (26 years ago, 28-Sep-98, to lugnet.admin.general)

  Lugnet slowing down?
 
Does it seem to anyone else that lugnet.com is being slower to download messages? At various times yesterday, for an hour today, and still now as I write this I have been downloading messages. And Agent STILL says it has 137 tasks left to complete (...) (26 years ago, 29-Sep-98, to lugnet.admin.general)

Some people seem to think it is cute to put garbage or ridiculous things into their "From:" lines (in place of their names and/or e-mail addresses).
