  Re: rtlToronto13: rtlToronto/castle1

That's a cool idea, I like, I'd do that. I'd allow RCXs, but not require them. The make good counter weights. :-) Personal I prefer the episode of Nova were they built two full size trebuchets and fired them at a mock up of a castle wall. Man that (...) i really enjoy the "in process" shots with partially built walls. the yellow trebuchet (sp) almost looks like a crane, like of the construction crew building the castle. ha! the castle, as it stands, looks very formidable.. large and inpregnable. (...) (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: What type of presentations do you want to see at Brickfest

How about a medieval/castle trebuchet contest? It would take up a lot of room, but it would be a lot of fun too. I guess it wouldn't really be a presentation, unless somebody who's really good at building LEGO trebuchets wanted to show everyone the (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

Ok.. I'll try to go see it... and as long as you mentioned it... Has anyone built a working Trebuchet out of lego, in Castle scale... not large scale..
