Re: Top 1000 noisemakers (was: Re: Posting frequency?)

Is it me or is the list in alphabetical order by FIRST name? Wasnt it supposed to be in order of post frequency? -- Kenneth A. Drumm Ph.D.who gets confused by long lists :) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.people, lugnet.admin.nntp)

(...) Nope. But I know how to look for stuff, a valuable skill to cultivate here.   Re: IR camera?

Good point, I also had the brief idea to construct something like a IR-mirror which scatters the IR but with only 2 motors the mechanics become a nightmare. (You can answer "splunge" :) I don't think frequency should be a factor as long as what's being announced is truly of general-interest and is really something new (as opposed to a repeat/repost announcement of (...) I think if you root around in this very group you'll find a post or two from Todd on the topic of bid frequency which I think seems to suggest that the most bidding traffic happens on Tuesdays based on his analysis of some of the auctions he ran.   Re: r/c servos

I love the idea of controlling an R/C servo with the RCX, but I don't think it is possible with only software.
