RE: An Legal Auction Post (at last!)

Ah...no they didn't :( the count is only on the .loc, not the .org [where we're killing them :) ] where this thread took place. As to the posting on .org, but not .loc, it's something to do with Todd's settings...Pity you can't post on both. Todd, (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jul-00, to lugnet.org.au)

Re: LEGO > SYSTEM > Town > The Times

Lots of snippage, some commentary interspersed but first... this post got my spotlight, it's an awesome post taken in total. But my comments might read like criticism, sorry about that! It's because I snipped a lot away. (...) Nonsense. Not trying (...) (21 years ago, 6-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.town, lugnet.org.us.nelug)

(...) Hmm, it's possible, but that still shouldn't result in the server giving a 500-error. (In a perfect world, a webserver should never give a 500-error, no matter what the input.) Hi Pawel, I want to comment on your post for a few reasons. Other people already mentioned that this auction post is not in the right place, or is worded poorly.   How do you post a comment about a certain LEGO set?

I do not know how to post a comment for a certain LEGO set so could you please show me how to do this, Todd or Suzanne or anyone else who has done this in the past? Thank you for helping me, people. Jesse Long (23 years ago, 20-Jul-01, to lugnet.general)

Re: Do we wanna have a post-holiday meeting? (was: How's the submarine?)

Well do we want to have a post-holiday meeting this year? I have all of next week off, so I would be willing to host it here. How does Thursday 27th strike everyone? Or we could do it Saturday the 29th, if that was better for everyone. Or if someone (...) (23 years ago, 22-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.us.michlug)

Hi This isn't probably the best place to post the question, but i don't know any other lego forums where i can post it... I'd like to know how do the pneumatics work in lego...   A challenge to anyone interested

I don't post here on LUGNET all that much anymore, though I lurk a good bit. Over the years, I've seen (as I suspect we've all seen) many an eager AFOL happily post a message to share an MOC, only to post a less happy message a few days later when (...)
