Hmm, it's possible, but that still shouldn't result in the server giving a
500-error. (In a perfect world, a webserver should never give a 500-error,
no matter what the input.)
BTW, your message (the one I'm replying to) seems to have come through only
once, even though it appears you are used the same configuration as before
(when your browser posted twice).
But still, even without the message duplication, according to the HTTP log,
you received a 500-error when you clicked the Post/Submit button:

I've got your input logged an am looking at it now. So far I don't see
anything weird which would cause a 500-error, but I'll picque it apart until
I understand it. (A 500-error is an extremely serious problem to get to the
bottom of quickly.)

It's easy: simply click your mail reader's "Reply" button to reply
privately to someone, or click the "Reply All" (or equivalent) button to
reply to the group and to the person -- just like the way a properly
configured mailing list works.
