  Re: 3873 Technic Link Tread

(...) <snip> Cool. But are there two tread parts? The one I have does not have the back of a plate on it, it merely has a planar surface with several holes in it. (26 years ago, 4-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

(...) How about ASAP next week. I'm still stuck in GR due to snow, don't fly out till Tuesday Nite, and have to leave again on Thursday nite, biz in Detroit... that leave only Wed this week which I know does not work for at least one person. (26 years ago, 4-Jan-99, to lugnet.loc.us.co.den)

I ordered 6427, looks like the same signs to me... that (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Trains

Dear Lego, Please pay attention to Matt Bates. His site has probably generated you 100,000 USD worth of Train sales because of heightened awareness of the line and what is possible, so you owe him.   New Rural Station, New Freight cars

I finally got round to making a bit of room and posting some of the pics of some of my more recent work. If you surf my site, at the bottom of the buildings page you'll see my rural station. This blue/white station is intended to capture what a (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build, lugnet.publish)

(...) I'm hoarding mine to see if I can do another chemical tanker or a cracking tower with them. If I can't, they'll be on the block. I just posted the chemical tanker I did with 5561 hubs to my freight cars page if you're not sure what I am (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

I have to tell you that those parts gave me fits, though, as the whole assembly is rather fragile until you get plates on both the top and bottom of the plate like section that sticks out of the (...) (...) I got this when it first surfaced. Highly recommended. I'd say it has saved me 30% of my fiddle time when doing mechanisms. Since I'm not mechanical, that's pretty significant. (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.build)
