Agreed. I'd characterise it as a suspension bridge, though, as I saw no
sign of a mechanism. The plate is being unloaded from the truck by hand.
I have no idea what the fig on the top is doing, though. Perhaps he's a
vandal, getting ready to push some stuff down on the truck to damage it?

Since it's implied that the assembly (barge with crane, and bridge) can
be built from a wash rack, a cherry picker truck, and the station and
the container crane, there must be at least two sloped pier sections..
both bridge ends are sloped.
