Yet more pics of the ever growing city

Well, my most recent collection of new pics is available at: (URL) it out! There's now 9 houses, a grey stone building with red trim, 3 little market tents, and part of a city wall! It's really hard to tell, but there's a portcullis about 6 studs in (...) (25 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Zany Brainy Upcoming Sale?

Hi all, Just a "heads up": I was at a local ZB saw a large number of set 5533 (the Model Team Red Fury) and set 6089 (Stone Tower Bridge) unpriced on endcaps and asked about them. Since I asked, the manager told me that on 30 or 31 March these two (...) (25 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Another do these exist and where...

I am seeking 4x4x1 bricks with rounded corner in yellow. I have seen these in one of the Pirate sets but they are in gray, used for the tumbling stone. Second a 3x3x1/3 rounded corner plate in black. I have seen this piece in tan on the Landspeeder (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) <set:6474> has a couple of these, too. Also in yellow, though. (...) Is that why you decapitated him before taking the picture? Afraid someone would be turned to stone by seeing it? :-) (...)   Re: Mega Bloks - ugh

(...) I went ahead and picked up a MB battleship set for experimenting. The MB grey is quite noticeably lighter than Lego grey. And it looks like it will give just the "natural stone variation" effect I was hoping for. (Which is also to say that, if (...) (24 years ago, 6-Sep-00, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: There WILL Be african-american figures in 2001?!? (or will they? 2002?)

(...) No, I really doubt that. The sets for 2001 will be based on the movie, which is purely HP and the Sorceror's/Philosopher's Stone. So it doesn't get into the second book, let alone the fourth. And even if Angelina appears in the movie as a very (...) (24 years ago, 2-Dec-00, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.year.2002)

Re: A Hobbit's Hole, Bag End

Jon, I can't believe I never commented on this... I have gotten a little behind on posting comments. This is a great MOC. I love the stepped hill, the little stone walkway, the tree on top, the flower planters. A whole bunch of people mentioned how (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.castle)

Options for missing NXT Edu (9797) parts

As usual, sets don't last a school term before some parts go missing. I can't find Technic Beam 13 (aka Liftarm 1 x 13 thick) in Md-stone color from either peeron or bricklink. Although, Briclink has some in pearl. So what are my other options to (...) (18 years ago, 11-Apr-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

  LEGO brick bookends
