I get the icb loaded just fine and can get it to trigger the ir output test led (the little red one) with nothing plugged into the connecter, but when I plug an ir led into the jack and run the (...) | (...) Heather, As far as I know, the transformer has a plug on the end, so you should be able to go to any RadioShack and get a 9V-800mA(or so) adapter. Just be sure to check polarity.
