Also a clear touch senor, temperature sensor, rotation sensor, RCX
housing, and (with black around the phototransistor) clear light sensor
would all be kick.....brick :)
Come to think of it EVERYTHING would look great clear, but clear+black
would look best :D

They did make a clear touch sensor.  Well, clear light blue.  It came in the
Cybermaster sets...

Rob - who just wants more inputs and outputs on his RCX 3.0. Oh, and a power
jack, and rf (instead of ir), a wireless cam, and new sensors.  There's
more, but I can't think of them right now!

(...) power (...) What baffles me is why Lego never made a rotation sensor based on a potentiometer. It would be low cost (since it is passive) and offer much better resolution than the current rotation sensor for applications requiring <270 degrees (...) (21 years ago, 22-Aug-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Now that is freaking awesome - but do they supply the same amount of torque as the 'standard' ones do? Also, that gearbox 2, looks nice and all, might come in handy, but I prefer having more control over my placment of gears. I think it would be (...) (21 years ago, 22-Aug-03, to lugnet.robotics)
