| | Re: Ursine cub II
|
| (...) Wow, I've lost sleep to Lego, but never that much sleep. (...) The limb redesign really gives it a beefier shape and profile. Looks like the "new" hinge joints really help with that. I love the sand blue accented with dark blue, I've never (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| (...) Times changes and also the behaviour of the people. The internet changes much quicker. But I think the most important item is that LUTNET and also LDraw.org does not make adverticements. So how should be people find us. The new possibilities (...) (15 years ago, 14-Mar-10, to lugnet.cad)

| | New LUGMap for LUGNET
|
| Hi All, I'm glad to announce a first major change which is "visible" this time as well. LUGNET now has a brand-new, area-wide World LUG Map, simply called LUGMap. As yet the maps enclose 85 entries! Here are the details and how they work: The LUGMap (...) | | Parts for building from MOC instructions

| Hi, My son (5) and myself and fairly new to the Lego world. We've built from bunch of Lego kits, including some relatively complicated e.g. the Santa Fe locomotive. And are looking to expand our horizons. I've discovered the following link: (URL) (...) (19 years ago, 17-Aug-05, to lugnet.trains)

| | Re: Mac OS 8.6
|
| Ray, What are your problems? Maybe we could compare. I have CW 7.0. I haven't actually built from scratch a large project like this. But I do know that you have to have the OpenGL SDK and must define Mac. Wiz said this to me about how this is done (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

| | Re: Add book to database?
|
| (...) Have you considered using the ISBN? It's a lot of digits but it's a known quantity. One issue is that if there is a "second edition" I think it will get a different ISBN if the content is in any way different. But that's analogous to the (...) | It has come to my attention recently that there are members of NELUG that don't read LUGNET very often, if at all. Their primary source of information about the club is the NELUG web site and the Mailing List. This raises some questions about how we (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)
