  Re: The 2003 catalog

(...) The Ultimate Builders Set has been around since 2001 and is a mere expansion to the RIS. You can't say Technic's dead based on the winter catalouge, Technic sets is almost always announced in the summer. And the 8460 crane re-release from S@H (...)   The 2003 catalog

Hmm. Saw that Lego just makes 2 robotics sets now. The RIS and the Ultimate Builders Set. That's tough news for us adults playing with Lego. :P And when you looks at the technic front, it's dead. The only thing available is the Lego Racers sets, (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

  RE: Holden Ute construction update

Surely this is a Queensland ute! The lack of exhaust system is a dead giveaway, as is the inlet stacks sticking through the bonnet. (In NSW no part of the engine can be exposed - you need a housing.)
