| These are old (1963) sets from Europe. They are fairly large, include normal parts from the era. Mostly plates in various colors, also quite a few bricks. | I have to agree with Jack Gregory, Tilman Sporkert and others that there is no 'differential force' causing motors to 'fight' each other. | About Macaroni: I've done some pricing of these - the most common colors (light and dark grey, green) range anywhere from $.25 to $.75 each piece The rarest color would be the old transparent (clear) bricks from the early incarnation.
