Help! Can't talk to IR Tower with Mac w/nqcc!  [DAT]

I bought Mindstorms and downloaded nqcc to talk to the RCX, but I can't seem to get connected. I created a cable (actually its a bunch of cables strung together) and confirmed the wiring. I (ultimately) have the following: Mac IR (Male connector) 1 (...) (26 years ago, 20-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: How can I build sensor to measure eeg

(...) First, normal EEG is between 0.1 and 20 uV, with some exceptions uptil 100 uV. With a special (low noise, high CMRR) instrumentation opamp this would be no problem. Second, the highest frequency is about 120 Hz, so you need to sample at least (...) (23 years ago, 6-Aug-01, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) No language war intended, but for now I'd rather use Robolab. That said, if I change my mind I'd appreciate some tips on using MacNQC with Spybotics. Most of the stuff that I've seen on the web talks about using the regular RCX stuff. One of (...) (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab, lugnet.robotics.spybotics)

Hi! This is my second day as owner of a Mindstorms set - and my first post to this list - so forgive me if this is a FAQ...I've read Lego web pages until my eyes gave out at about 3am last night!   Homing with the IR Tower

A while ago I was intrigued by the soda can retrieval challenge. Particularly because at that time I had built two different designs of grip-and-lift claws: The first is based on the bar-code truck claw. It uses the flex system and lifts things (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: RIS parts questions

Hi Johnathan, Aside from some very minor changes in the parts and the RIS software, the only difference between kits is the RCX 1.0 has an AC jack, which comes in handy for stationary robots like robotic arms or sorting machines.
