Re: Tower Building (was Re: 'Fest pics are up)

I checked out a few more of the pics, The tower is great!!! I love the design features of a lot of it :) I've got a question... what's the number on the set in this pic???   Re: Availability of new castle?

I got five new Castle sets tonight in Saint Louis. I got 3 Star Wars sets (little ones) as well, although most SW were already sold out - that section had been ransacked, apparently. I've been looking regularly as I do my Christmas shopping and (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

  Transparent boulder possiblities

I did a Super 8mm stop-motion Lego Space film for a production class several semesters ago and when I saw those trans-light blue boulders I immediately had a great idea: You could use them to filmically simulate an X-Ray type device! You take one of (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Catalogs, Justus and Lego

Re: I can do what I want

Point taken! A very concise and courteous response. Thank you, Matthew. BTW, I abhor having to cut my bricks, and so far, have only done it twice. And only one of the cut pieces ended up being used. The other is just rattling around 'till I make up (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Catalogs, Justus and Lego

(...) I see "limited extracts." What are you seeing? Both of these words would seem to me to have the effect of reducing the scope of what should be published by anyone but LEGO -- and maybe even including old instructional booklets. When I read (...)   Re: Minifig Scale AT-ST

I had a similar trouble until I re-read the installation instructions.. But 8735 costs $30-40, and comes with that clutch gear, a motor, and lots of other Technic parts.   Availability of new castle?
