That sounds interesting, but I don't think it would be practical to make. I think there is a lot of processing power required to interpret the stress in ones voice. About 10-15 years ago or so, Popular Electronics (I think) had an article about a human voice micro-tremor analyzer. I am involved with FIRST and FLL (FIRST Lego League) here in southern MI. We use our FIRST team as mentors for our FLL teams (currently we have 9 teams througthout the ISD). Try a PTC (positive temperature coefficient) fuse for current limiting. They are available world wide through Digi-key, and I suspect Radio Shack will have a limited selection. Hmmm... there are two entirely different pictures in the catalog. One shows a vehicle with large linked threads. The other shows a base station and a rover with 6 wheels.
