(...) Total strangers? Us? :) What's the worst we'll do? Take him out into the middle of a field & make him play with Mega-Blocks? John, I'm up for a road trip if we know the time in advance.   Re: Busy Bee Trains in stock

...and how on earth did you get them to release _TWO_ blue hopper cars to you?!? I placed my order on Tuesday when they called to say that the 2150s were in stock and ready to ship, but they would only allow me _ONE_ hopper 8-( Jon. Lawrence Wilkes (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Blue Hopper Car Mania...

(...) I guess I've missed it or not paid attention - but what exactly was the cost per set (in dollars or pounds)? I know shipping has to be figured in at some point, but is somewhat offset by us not having to pay your ridiculous VAT. (25 years ago, 9-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: linking

(...) It depends on what you're linking to. If you're linking to a site or sub-site's top-level homepage, for example (4 URLs) no, you usually don't ever need permission to do that.   Re: !!! Laser attachments for Mindstorms !!!

(...) Yah, did this in college long ago, before laser pens were common. We used the "big" lasers. :-) We also glued a small mirror onto a piece of aluminum foil wrapped around the end of an open tube, and placed it outside in the quad. Then we (...) (25 years ago, 9-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Blue Hopper Car Mania...
