Re: My MOCs: large scale jets, cars, and trucks

(...) through most of the other galleries. I will have to check those in more detail later- everything in there is so gorgeous that I can't even start to pick a favorite. I was hoping to find an F4 Phantom or a Corvair, but no go. While I have no (...) (21 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.town)

Re: ISCC entry by Michael Jasper

(...) Oops. I have to admit that I never read .trains. I was posting this to .build.microscale and added .trains as an afterthought.   Tolkien goes underground

Hi all, In my previous post I asked what tech level counted as "Underground". Just to open up a link to castle themes, here are scenes from Moria, the underground kingdom of the dwarves, from my Lord of the Rings project: (URL) Journey in the Dark> (...)   So what is "Underground", anyway?

Hey all, Since LEGO never really developed this theme, this thematic area is really one for AFOLs to flesh out (like, for instance, the development of the Sea Monkeys in .aquazone). So what counts as "Underground"? Is it a particular tech level--the (...) (21 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.underground, FTX)

Re: Brickfilms Animation Contest (entries to be showcased at Brickfest)

(...) Sounds great! But the deadline (June 13) is less than four weeks away. That's not much time to make a very polished product -- not for me, anyway (though I'm sure some others will pull it off). Next year, could we have something more like 6 or (...) (21 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.animation)

  Re: O'Reilly magazine, "Make"

I like the story sub-title: "Lego: the ultimate prototyping material. Seriously." Issue 1 was/is pretty neat - some good "summer projects" for me and my kids.   Re: Modifying the 6272c01 Electric RC Race Buggy Battery Receiver Unit with Auxiliary Output

Re: LPub 2.3.0.6 available (ldGLite working and looks Marvelous)

(...) Yes, and we have a fix. LPub automatically centers the 3D model about the origin. ldglite draws the origin at 2/3 of the way down the window, so it ends up rendering it partially off screen. You can manually work around this by using the (...) (21 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.cad)
