  Re: Removable lightsaber blades confirmed

(...) I thought we knew that already -- the 1999 NA in-box catalog shows the blades inserted into either end of the hilt. Wasn't there some double-bladed light sabre, with blades coming out of *both* ends of the hilt? Steve (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.starwars)

RE: VB5 and the RCX Datalog

  Re: Helmet included in 7128??

(...) My guess (which could be wrong) is that the contracted web-developer who typed up the verbiage was looking at the set picture, and mistook Luke's hair for a helmet. I was looking at www.lego.com/catalog, and the following just struck me as (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Thoughts on Turning

Re: Using motors without a power source.

  Helmet included in 7128??

I was reviewing the LEGO Star Wars web site last night and I noticed the set description in 7128 (speeder bikes) included a reference to a helmet for Luke. Could this be an Endor-style helmet as seen in Return of the Jedi? This "helmet" can't be (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: FOTW: Stash of old sets in Brighton, Mass., U.S.A.

  Odd taxonomy question

Looking at the Star Wars sets, I'm wondering: how is R2-D2 categorized? It's[1] not a mini-fig. But it is a character, so it should be more than just parts.[2] It's even worse when the red 'R2 Unit'[3] is thrown in for consideration. This one isn't (...)
