Robots and the future of the human race

I saw this thing on TLC a minute ago about the future of the human race and how people will colonize planets. One way is to download human minds to a robot or microchip. I wonder if the transmitter is going to have "Lego" stamped on it, that sends (...) (26 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.space)

Trade Black Cat Big Rig (loose) for UCS X-Wing?

Anyone? The subject line sez it all. This is the same Model Team set I have up for sale at my Brickbay store ((URL) on the "bricks@onedaycnn" link.   Re: Golden Astronaut helmets? and Breastplates?

Hi Hakan, In answer to #2: I went searching through lugnet.cad.* and checked the parts tracker(1) but couldn't find the breastplate being worked on or finished. So give me a few days (or more) and I'll see what I can do. It looks like a fun part to (...) (26 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  2000.2 Catalogue now out :)

I just got back from Target at Camberwell [Melbourne] and they had the new catalogue for this year :) It's 76 pages, with lego webpages to go with set/theme info, and lots of descriptions. I'll try and scan it tonight, and post the images. [WARNING: (...) (26 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au, lugnet.general)

  Greetings

Hi fellow lego fans. I just found lugnet, after finally purchasing a Mindstorms set. I've been doing some work on LegOS (an alternative to the program provided by lego). I had lots of Lego when I was a kid (managed to keep a fair bit of it!!) but (...) (26 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

(...) No, it's also available in Australia. I believe it is called "Fire Attack". (...) I don't think it is available in the US but as I'm not from there I can't say for sure :) Maybe you'll get it later this year or early next as a theme "top-up"? (...)
