Thoughts on using yellow for a castle... —Eric Brouwer
I fianlly started construction on my walled city. I started on the gate house, and the front wall. I was building in gray. Very early in the building process, it became painfully obvious that I just don't have enough gray... As I was sitting there (...) (24 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) I bought around 50 of the service packs last year. Which is 700 2x4 bricks alone. Unfortunately there are not as many 1xX bricks in the packs so I am running low on 1xX's now. I still have a lot of 2xX's though so my limiting factor for the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Wow! That's a lot of gray. I have to believe that out of the 7 1200 piece tubs I have, I should be able to come up with plenty of yellow for the time being. I also plan on trading a lot of the bulk colors I don't need no for more yellow. (...) (...) (24 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Thoughts on using yellow for a castle... —Eric Lind
(...) Yellow works. I did most of a cathedral in it. Even at that, I still ran out quickly. I don't have nearly enough of any given color to build a structure in the proper color scheme.
