My impression was that they won't be releasing castle and Harry Potter at the
same time was not a licensing issue, but an issue that they only want to
support one theme in a general type, and since Harry Potter heavily overlaps
with Castle...
I sort of got the impression this was actually the case with Star Wars also.
Didn't someone also find LOM categorized somewhere as LEGO Space?
