  LEGO set design query
 
I don't know if anyone else has asked this in the past, but I was curious if anyone has an explanation as to why LEGO seem to add prison/jails to such a large percentage of lego sets? Any ideas? (...) All three Classic Pirates Sets were re-introduced to stores in Australia the second half of last year (and at half the S@H price - that's what got me back into pirates!) I am just getting back into the Lego Western theme and I have 2 16-man troops of Blue cavalry and almost 2 troops of Confederates. I also have over 20 Indians (can be either on foot or mounted). To use these figs plus my outlaws, cowboys, and (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.western)

Hi all, I just bought a lot of western theme sets (listed below) on e-bay, but they are coming without boxes. Does anyone have scans of the backs of the boxes, or know of a website with these? Hey Greg, Here are some pics of the Non WW torsos I use for Cowboys, shopkeepers, bartenders, gamblers, ranchers and the like. Hey the New Horror Film sets won't be out till this spring but in this picture, the guy in the tan suit looks like he could work for WW! Just throw a top hat on him! (URL) had trouble getting enough cowboys , so if you've got a torso from another (...) (23 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.western)

If you do indeed mean BrickFest in DC, then yes, there will most likely be at least one BrikWars game. Hopefully several. I am working with WAMALUG, the host club, and am trying to even plan some scenarios so that people can prepare and bring armies (...) It's really funny, a few months ago I got a huge lot of used Lego on eBay. Included were the complete parts for Fort Legoredo, a set I had wanted for a while. You are right...first we hear about the blacksmith shop, then an updated bulk section - which should save some pocket money on larger orders - :), and now we hear about the return of Fort Legoredo. Did everybody read the newest post from Brad Justus? At the bottum of the post he states that LEGO will be rereleasing Fort Legoredo and several other western sets.
