THese new junior models are supposed to be designed for kids, correct? They

design their models like they used to?!! They come out with a part that is
entireley useful and is a great part, then ten years later filter it out
with a slizer part that has no use whatsoever. I hate it! My technic sets
only date back to the early 90's, but even then, lego was producing amazing
sets that were:
a) fun to build
b)difficult enough for older people, but easy enough to build for kids
c)looked good
d)lots of functions
e)used only basic technic parts that were easy to intertwine with your own
models
f)good playablity
I've probably misse some, but that is the just of it. Now lego come's out
with tons of new useless parts every year that can only be used in a certain
set or that can only be used for one thing e.g. THe ski's on Ski slizer.
pointless ,dumb and it does nothing, so lego, use parts that you already
have to do the things that you want it to do. And, make a new line of
tachnic and call it classic or something, and make them:
a) fun to build
b)diffuclt enough for adults, easy enough for kids
c) make it look good
d) use only basic parts
e) lots of functions\
f) good playability
There making new technic for the kids, but this kid ain't buying.
Again, too long but who gives. How would I do a petition online, any ideas?
If no one else does one, I sure will

| Let me begin by stating that I think Lego is one of the best companies on the planet. My experience with them is that they make an excellent product which they stand behind with spectacular customer service. They also usually listen to customer (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)
