Hey,
Does anyone have experience with the Tow Truck 8462? It looks as though it has
pneumatic tanks on the sides, which is a big plus for me. But it seems very
hard to come by. Is it worth the $122 retail that Lego Shop @ Home was charging
(when they actually had some left)...

| In terms of mechanics, I don't like the set too much. It has only got four (or so) gear cogs included. And the crane is kinda floppy. On the other side, the mechanism for the rear lift is very well designed. I suppose it's a nice set for those who (...) (24 years ago, 8-Aug-00, to lugnet.technic)
