I have to agree. Not only that, but I am certain that I have done this
several times *by accident*, and had quite a time getting my constuction
apart. Not to the extent of actually damaging pieces, but having to apply
significantly more force to my Lego pieces than I felt comfortable with.

| (...) If I remember correctly, taking apart the shuttle was a handful. The cage around the battery box was a bit tricky to disassemble; the problem was that #3 axles that were inserted through a beam into the polarity switches could not be taken out (...)
