Re: 8454 inventory from box - here is it!

(...) Unfortunately, I haven't built it yet. So here are so pictures of the inside of the box (I did open some of the bags, this is why the springs are in the open) (URL) instructions (URL) sticker sheet (URL) moderation: (URL) (21 years ago, 3-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: 8454 inventory from box - here is it!

(...) WOW, cool. Yeah it was a good idea for Lego to put an Inventory on the side. Now I know what I get when I buy a set. Do you think you could take some pictures of the model? It would be really great if you could. Steve (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: 8455 Rear Tires

(...) No, they're not. I have both sets! The 8466's tyres and wheel hubs are MUCH bigger! The rear wheel HUBS of 8455 are the same as from the 8475 RC race buggy and 4404 Land Busters, but the tyres are completely brand new. I agree with the (...) (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

8454 inventory from box - here is it!

I received my 8454 fire truck last week. For those that want to see exactly what parts are included, here is a photo I took from the side of the box. (URL) think this is a really good idea from Lego to include this inventory on new technic sets. Not (...) (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: 8455 Rear Tires

That is very interesting. I have three 8466's and none of the tires are like those that came with my 8455. The material is much more plastic like rather than the rubber feel of my 8466 tires. Greg "Orion Pobursky" <orion@dontaddthis.p...ursky.com> (...) (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: 8455 Rear Tires

(...) I don't know. They feel alright and they're the same as the tires for 8466 which was a good set except for the unfortunate color choice. -Orion (21 years ago, 2-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

(...) What is the grey cylindrical piece one up from the bottom in the second from the left column? It looks like it's supposed to be used in building step 2. Thanks. (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Backhoe not in my S@H Catalog

(...) Yeah it was the same for the #4095 Inventor Set in the 2nd Edition. The price of that one is $49.99 USD with a number of pieces in the 300s. I saw it at the Toy fair. (...)   8455 Rear Tires

Curious if anyone else is unhappy with the quality of the rear tires on the new backhoe? I just got mine a few days ago and was seriously disappointed with them. Definitely not as nice as the usual rubber tires. Greg (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Drat Soarer (2nd lego glider)

Re: Backhoe not in my S@H Catalog

(...) Wait a minute, you mean to say that they don't have anymore copies of the 2nd version of the catalog but they do have more copies of the Bionicle version?   Re: Drat Soarer (2nd lego glider)

  BioniWars: Pilot BatToa Droid
