This may be a long shot- but you could try steaming them and then applying gentle pressure. Abs does allow for some moulding. Beware as you do not want to steam it too long-if you warp the studs the peice will be useless. You could build a decent (...) (20 years ago, 26-May-04, to lugnet.storage)

(...) They were stacked flat at one time, but must've slid somewhere along the 18 or so years they'd been packed away. A few months back I discovered my cache of baseplates from when I was a kid. Unfortunately, some of the smaller ones (8 x 16) were bowed and/or warped. I just recently moved into a new place, as a result I have had to re-do my Lego Storage system, I purchasd a series of IVAR shelving units which are great for Lego and Rubbermaid bins.
