I'm afraid I can't think of anything else.
How did they get warped? Were they not stacked flat?

| (...) They were stacked flat at one time, but must've slid somewhere along the 18 or so years they'd been packed away. Only two of the baseplates were damaged, but it's pretty severe (I can slide a plate under the bow in the worst of them). It's not (...) (21 years ago, 24-May-04, to lugnet.storage)

| A few months back I discovered my cache of baseplates from when I was a kid. Unfortunately, some of the smaller ones (8 x 16) were bowed and/or warped. I tried pressing them in the pages of a large book for a month, but on looking this evening, they (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-04, to lugnet.storage)
