Maybe their idea of an exclusive figure is to "accidentally" give him black
hands. ;P
I vision the shuttle to come with two imperial guards and the Emperor with
maybe a different torso (Darth Maul's). If they were to make Shuttle Tyderium,
they'd have to include a lot of minifigs (of course, they didn't with the Land
Speeder >:o ).
