    Preliminary AT-AT pic —David Eaton
   Ok, I got a new toy over the weekend-- a digital camera! SO... I took a few pictures of the AT-AT... at the moment, I've only put up one of the pictures, but more will probably follow...      Dave, Your AT-AT is looking awsome. I just can't wait to get all this Star Wars stuff together at Mindfest :). (URL) Mindfest is an event being put on by MIT from OCT 22-24 with a primarily Mindstorms/Technology focus but there will also be quite alot of general LEGO stuff there as well (...)      (...) Well, I went by a couple sources-- the one I used the most though was the "Essential Guide to Weapons & Vehicles"... it shows a nice side, front, and rear view of the AT-AT. I'm not sure how many of them came from this spiffy US service pack (which appears not to be available in Europe- grrrrr): -> (2 URLs) you change 'amr' to 'eur' it says 'not found'] There aren't any [UK] brick packs with grey bricks at all (...) Lots of places: -Lego castles (about 7 "real" castles, abunch of smaller ones) -Whole slew of Classic space (lots of grey plates!) -Some in the UFO & Robo Force sets -Some in the Islanders sets -A bunch in (...)    Another source of grey bricks. It's possible to win eBay auctions for grey brick lots at less than 10 cents a brick. I've done it twice, really helped out my grey situation (also did the same for green). (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)
