Hi Dave,
It looks fantastic! I know how long you've been working on it, I'm sure
it must feel *reallllllyyy* nice to finally feel it coming to fruition.
I love the way you did the large circular coils at the aft end of the
drive cylinder ... that looks amazing. How tall is it overall? I can't
wait for more pictures, and maybe I'll even get a chance to gape in
person. I love it!
As for your design, we've done many things simlarly, but many things
differently, too ... I think everybody's going to love the
compare/contrast of it! Hopefully (assuming that those d*** pieces come
today or tomorrow), mine will be up and about this weekend. Then we'll
have two of these monsters stalking around.
Great job, Dave. I'm drooling ... if mine looks anywhere near as nice
as yours, I am going to be really really happy.

| Ok, I got a new toy over the weekend-- a digital camera! SO... I took a few pictures of the AT-AT... at the moment, I've only put up one of the pictures, but more will probably follow... At any rate, for a small pic: (URL) a medium size pic: (URL) (...) (25 years ago, 11-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)
