  Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update!

(...) Question - what piece is that you used for the airlock? It looks relatively new because I haven't seen it before. More info please...it looks cool. BTW - Mark AWESOME site, the detail is amazing. Keep it up! -Tim (URL) timcourtne ICQ: 23951114 (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

(...) X- (...) Yes!! I would have gotten mine back on Friday, but the shipping department at LDMI was unusually inept in that it sent it via UPS to my P.O. Box (which is unfortunate since UPS won't deliver to P.O. Boxes). However, I redirected it to (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Where are these survey answers coming from? (was: New Survey up for LEGO)

(...) It may be, but I respect Tim for respecting his contac't wishes. Let's face it, it could be a cleaner, the MD, the mild-mannered janitor or it could even be some unknown power having fun with Tim. Either way this has all been good Lego based (...)   LDraw on Mac (Formerly: Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update!)

Well, I just reistalled LDraw on my Mac using Connectix Virtual PC 3.0 ( (URL) ) and Windows 98. It seems to work fine, but again I'm just starting to figure this stuff out. Wish me luck, Dan (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.cad)

Re: Where are these survey answers coming from? (was: New Survey up for LEGO)

(...) I don't think this is an odd request. Perhaps this is a person that can supply Lego with the ideas of the fans as their own. However, having the company know this may jeopardize their job.   Imperial Droids

Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone had any extra imperial droids that they were wanting to trade for stuff?? I am also looking for a r2d2 droid. If anyone has these please let me know and send me your want lists. Thanks. Rex =o) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update!

My LDraw experience is very limited, but I have gotten it to work using Virtual PC on my Mac. I was running Virtual PC 3.0 with Win 95. I just installed Win 98 (A very scary experience for a devoted Mac guy) and I haven't tried putting LDraw back (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update!

(...) Unfortunately, my programming skills are severely lacking, otherwise, I'd love to do it. I do know, however, that there are many of us who'd like to see it. I'd consider it a useful tool if it were available. As it is, I consider it like I (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update!

Right now there are no plans to make it available because no one has expressed interest in doing the programming for (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Why can't we have a Lando: Lego's Race policy

  Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update!

(...) Did you use a in-camera filter / program to reduce glare? Or did you use some post-production technique? I have a Mavica, and I'm trying to figure out how to take better pics. Cheers, - jsproat (24 years ago, 2-May-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

Re: New Survey up for LEGO

I went with the Falcon, AT-AT and it was a toss up between a Sand Crawler (which we have actually seen) and the Imperial Shuttle. Although an all silver brick Queens Nubian Starship would be very cool. I wouldn't waste my votes on anything that (...) (24 years ago, 2-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Why can't we have a Lando: Lego's Race policy

Hi everyone - I'm new. I've been reading through a lot of the comments about the Lando figure, and my feelings are that surely it's all getting a bit deep. As far as I'm concerned, one important point is that we may well get a Lando figure in the (...) (24 years ago, 2-May-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.debate)
