  Re: Imperial Shuttle

That's what I was thinking, a 1x10 ... but I want to keep the sturdiness for playing (I zoom the thing around a lot). Nothing real sturdy comes to mind, but maybe I'll go play around a bit. I wonder if we can't get LEGO to do something about it? I (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  A-Wing, X-Wing MOC

Finally, I've managed to post something! I built these last summer, and I've lost a lot of the pictures, and I'll try to find more, but this is one of the better ones unfortunately. I like the A-Wing better, the fins are angled, adn the cockpit has (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jan-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Allow me to introduce myself

Well, I was introduced to Lugnet by Micheal Lachmann (the creator of MLCAD) a while ago but I never thought of actually introducing myself. As you can tell, My name is Joseph H. Cardana aka Darth Anadrac. My website is anadrac.homepage.com if it (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.people, lugnet.cad)

  Imperial Shuttle

Before I go into a small problem I had with the shuttle, here's my thoughts: It's a really cool set! The thing is almost entirely white, which is a good contrast against the black and blue tie fighters available. The top fin is much more stable than (...)   Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

(...) The even sadder thing is that the snowspeeder is one of the few SW models Lego's made that's actually LARGER than it 'should' be-- making the required AT-AT foot even bigger :) If I recall correctly, the 7130 is 18 studs long, making it about (...)   Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

If you consider that LEGO uses existing pieces where they can, I can imagine each foot would use one of those tiny "saucer" pieces like the AT-ST foot, or the Millenium Falcon landing gear. Which would be fine, because if it were TOO big, yikes! I'd (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

Re: Technic C-3P0: My First Impression

Hi, I think I read in here of someone w/ the same strange problem as me: In my Stormtrooper box was a 3P0!! I called lego to tell them of the mistake. I didn't mind this though, since the S.T. looks like...well....CRAP!! :7) Jono (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.technic)

Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

BUT if you go strictly by the fact that the foot of the AT-AT covers the Snowspeeder and take into account the size of the LEGO Snowspeeder. In order to accomplish the AT-AT foot being the right size it would HAVE to be HUGE. This would also support (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  Minifig scale!

Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

It's certainly been suggested that there are multiple varieties-- I've heard the following things about what various AT-AT designs carry for transport: - 40 troops & 5 speeder bikes - can be outfitted to carry "more" speeder bikes - can store (...)   Re: Who else wants an AT-AT?

Here's a thought, maybe there are several different sizes of AT-AT based on purpose. A larger 80ft one that contains vehicles and a smaller 50ft version that is a people transport. Just a thought. I know the books say otherwise, but maybe the books (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)
