Standing ovation....

I am speechless.  Truly I am.  Jeb, you have outdone yourself, again!  :^O  WOW!

Thanks Trev, i greatly appreciate it.

I personally would have prefered no fish eye lens, but I still saw a lot of
detail.  I really liked how you included the upper sub-light engines - and I
like how the beds in the med bay sort of double as "morgue" chambers.  I
don't know if you intended on doing that, but it's a neat effect the way
that they slide away into the wall!  :^)

Yea i'm not as happy with the fish-eye as i had hoped but it was neat for me
to get farther inside the ship (almost mini-fig eye level).
hehe didn't intend for the morgue look (but that's what i saw too) :)

The attention to every sub-system detail was very good.  I think that
interior detail-wise, this is the best yet for the nunber of details
included.  I also really liked how you ended up using the Star Wars droid
escapes as escape pods.  This was something that you did not have before the
new year - very well incorporated.  I like it!

Thanks!  I wanted to save some of the details for the end (actually hadn't
planned on those, I think i had started before they released em, and once i
saw em i had to use em (escape pods that is).

The dropship and and additional vehicles were very interesting - I'd like to
hear more about them.  I liked the use of the Collector's X-wing cockpit
window for the dropship.

Yea i'm really bummed i had built a page for all the pics on brickshelf, but
ran out of room on my isp, hopefully soon i'll get my own domain and some
considerable space,  or I may post em on another website.

Thanks, i'd been wanting a cockpit like that for some time (but not for
$150) It's somewhat of a forced design, i wanted the cockpit, but it had to
fit in the landing bay too.

So...does this mean that its "off to the races" on the next big amazing
creation, or are you going to take a break for a while ?

Well i think i'm off for the summer (time to go exploring), plus it'll pry
take me that long to sort the pieces :)  plus i think i wanna do some small
stuff for a bit, those big ones are too consuming.

WELL DONE!  I would seriously love to see this ship in person at a major
meet like brickfest, or something of that nature.

Thanks! I'm really glad you liked it.
It's still in one piece, so many ways to destroy it, but i only get one go
at it :)

I want to say nice ship, and nice design. Alas the "Tour" isnt working correctly for me. I did get my fill and feel of the ship from the rest of the site (gallery and construction). -- Kenneth A. Drumm Ph.D. (24 years ago, 26-Mar-01, to lugnet.space)
