Well, it is somewhat Bisonesque as you indicate, but it does stand on its
own...its own spindly legs. It has a pleasant collision of Mack truck,
earthmover, architects-house-on-stilts, Hercules (the plane) and sheer
playability.

Heh. I like the way your mind works. It wasnt it my mind at the time, but I can
see all those influences there now.

The contrast of the panel colour with the rest of the ship
articulates the design very well. Its well greebled with a clear sense of
greebles where they should be and not where they shouldnt. There is the
sense that the black panels could slide together (I know they couldnt as
built) or there used to be more, which echos
Brams F-38 Impulse in a way.

Thanks.

Its great to see a cockpit crammed full of computers and an engine room
crammed with black hoses and such. All in all, a very well thought out and
well executed MOC. I do wonder if it is compatible with the container
standard currently under discussion...but thats just an idle thought.

It did occur to me, but theyre far to
big to fit through the doors. The 6x4 pallets fit nicely. Theyre the sort of
thing that might go inside a standard container though.

Those black walls are of course crying out for some paint ;-) I dont
really see how it fits the P-38 theme though... ;-P

Keep looking. Youll see it eventually.
Thanks for the feedback.
