New Website, New MOC —Brad Mittelstedt
Hello everyone! First of all this is my first post to lugnet.space, so hello. Anyways after coming out of the darkages, I started building again. But building without displaying what you have built is .. well .. boring. So for the past week I have (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Whoah! Great entrance! The site looks great....so clean and crisp. Everything from the Products to the link pages.....like a pro job. Wish I had such skills. The Shock Hawk is a real beauty. You've managed to take a sometimes overused 'pitchfork' (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Jamie Neufeld
Very good work Brad (even thought that comes from one of your "competitors") :). I like the ship very much, nice and clean. I am looking forward to more of your work. The site also is very impressive. Again very clean. I did notice a few broken (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Brad Mittelstedt
(...) Thanks! (...) Yeppers. Knocking out the bugs as I see them. By the end of the week, all the visible boo-boos should be pretty much removed. Need to fire up gimp and start doing some more graphics work. This is actually the second go around at (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Tony Hafner
(...) Welcome aboard, sir. (...) though: pick a different color for a:hover. It's really annoying to have the links vanishing (or becoming nigh-illegible) when you mouse over them.          Re: New Website, New MOC —Brad Mittelstedt
(...) Just off hand, I am curious as to what browser/version/os you are using? I made it a point to jack the size of the font up and test both on Exploiter and Mozilla (on both a Doze box and a Linux box). If there is an issue at hand I will (...)          Re: New Website, New MOC —Kyle Keppler
(...) I think the problem is that when you hover a link, It turns white, which is often the background color (in IE6 Win). A shade of blue might be better. --Kyle (URL) (23 years ago, 26-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Brad Mittelstedt
Why dang, I see it now. Hey! Thanks .. nice catch. Exploder is not properly rendering the hover. It should be blue background with white text. Something I missed. I shall have it fixed in the hour. (...) (23 years ago, 26-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Brad Mittelstedt
(...) Well the front gear is "lets get a brick and try and try again" :-( The engine gear though is easy. The middle two front inverted 45 degree 2x2's come off togethor (from the bottom shot you will notice a 1x4 plate connecting them). From there (...) (23 years ago, 26-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

RE: New Website, New MOC —Bram Lambrecht
(...) PHP would certainly be easier! I'm usually against using Javascript for anything important, but you seem to pull it off pretty well. Roughly 3% of your visitors will see nothing at all though... You seem to have mastered style sheets. The (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Brad Mittelstedt
(...) Yes, I feel the same way. Anything with the term "java" I try to stay far away from . More or less I am trying to stay away from anything that is not standard between Mozilla and Exploder, as I test with both. But when push came to shove, I (...)         Re: New Website, New MOC —Kyle Keppler
Hello Brad, and welcome. The site looks good! I like the blue better than the green you had not long ago. And I approved your webring submision too (I was waiting for a little content :-P). I think you can go in and get rid of the second box of the (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website, New MOC —Tony Hafner
(...) Dellz got bought out last week and no longer offers the plan I've been on since December. Plus they had a hard drive failure a month or two back and I had to set up *everything* all over again. It's a good thing I don't rely on them for mail (...)      Brad, I just couldn't let this go by without saying "Job well done!!" very clean lines, interesting features (your scramjets look kinda like the engines on my Triumvirae (URL) ) also i really liked the way you used the two different UFO wing things (...)         Re: New Website, New MOC —Jonathan Mizner
Welcome! The Shock Hawk is a very interesting design, you've managed to take a simple layout and build it very, very well. The sleek lines of the fuselage are done very well, and the photography is well done also. I really like the scram jets, the (...) (23 years ago, 27-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) I think you've really done an outstanding job! Superb presentation on the site and an outstanding model! Way to go starting a site to display your MOCs instead of just using brickshelf.      Hey Brad, Welcome! I like the layout of your site. Very nav-friendly and smooth layout.      Welcome to .space :-) Really nice first ship. I love the line of black that divides the red and dark gray. Makes it look like a very realistic paint job. I like the use of the dark grey support wings. I don't have any of those and this really makes (...) (23 years ago, 27-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)
