Trace the outline while pushing out hot glue. That layer'd be cool by
the time you had the next stick reloaded. Believe me, in special
effects, I've used hot glue for a lot of unintended purposes. I've even
done quick casting with it for times I didn't have time to let poured
latex dry. "Slosh" the mold with hot glue, cool it off, and you have a
nice thick skin in a fraction of the time.
Mmmm...hot glue as rapid prototyping medium...where'd Iput the
extention cord?....(wanders off muttering)
