On Windoze the Logitech drivers identify the camera as a Logitech
QuickCam Web just fine.

I recollect that someone said that whilst the Lego camera *is* a Logitech device, the USB identification info for the 'badge-engineered' Lego device is different from that of the Logitech equivalent. Hence, the camera may not be *recognised* (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics)
