I have two of these sets. They're absolutely great. The local Costco had them for $50 CDN just before Christmas. I wish I'd had more money at the time. There are at least one up for bid on eBay currently ( (URL) ) if you want one cheaper. The RCX (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jun-02, to lugnet.robotics)

Scott, I only downloaded the ones listed and got it running for the most part. I did come across a few errors which seemed to be easily solved by downloading one or two packages other packages. I Like your idea and mine was a lot like (URL) I thought of using the rcx as a scout and finding the path. It would relay the data back to the pc and the pc would create and download a program that would drive the rcx to end of it's map. I was (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jun-02, to lugnet.robotics)

I started using LegOS a few days ago, and had the following problem a few times: after a power off period (of several hours) the power on did not produce any visible effect, and the (...) Hi, (I'm new to Mindstorms and new to LegOS so excuse me if this is a stupid/obvious question.) I'm using LegOS 0.2.6 on w2k. First off what OS are your running on? I do all emuLegOS development under Linux (Mandrake 8.1, not that it should matter), so if you are on any other platform you may run into issues. Recently, I went to use a couple RCXs that were loaded with LegOS. These two had both been used previously (about 1 to 2 weeks ago) but should have both had plenty of battery life remaining.
