Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) (URL) I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you two. Maybe I'm cooler? Check the link above, it grabs some of my mocpages just fine. Maybe google hasn't cached your individual pages yet? Actually, I'm not sure that it has all of mine either. (...) (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) Um, DUH! I have those all saved, somewhere, I think... Thanks for the reminder. (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) Yes, I know. That was just *my* take on it. Sorry if you thought I was criticizing you; I wasn't. That was never my intention. Legoswami (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) Ditto. Thanks Jason. BTW Lar mocpages has an option by which it mails you copies of every page you make. Too bad the site itself isn't working, or you could've had all that stuff backed up by now. All the pages on my site have been backed up (...) (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) Well for the record, I was asking not complaining. Saying I might move my contest else where is a statement. Right now all the descriptions of my mocs on brickshelf are inaccessible. Moving that elsewhere is just a necessity, if MOCpages won't (...) (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) Thanks! Does that get you past the front page? I got my front page that way but none of my creation pages (where the real content is that I'd want to save... all that witty(?) repartee!) were returned. Searching for the creation page titles (...)   Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) His getting married sounds familar, but I didn't know about the trip around the world. Sounds like a lot of fun. Thanks. Jason Spears | (URL) BrickCentral> | (URL) MichLUG> | (URL) CLB> (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) I had noticed some passing remarks as well, but a search on lugnet did not reveal a thread talking about it. I've been checking MOCpages three of four times a day for about a week. I never got through. (...) I tried an email to his (...) (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: MOCpages Down for the Count?

(...) It has been remarked on in passing and I've certainly noticed it. I did not realise it was solidly never working though. (...) Not directly. I'm wondering if a note directly to Mr. Kenney might be productive?? (...) Hints on that appreciated, (...) (20 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish, FTX)

BI Portal rewrite - ColdFusion developers needed

After nearly two years of not touching the code running the (URL) Building Instructions Portal>, I'd like to do a complete overhaul of the functionality. The original code was written back when I was much more of a ColdFusion programming novice than (...) (20 years ago, 4-May-05, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.inst, lugnet.announce.biportal, FTX)

Re: Help! How do you put an image inside of a post?!?

(...) Good advice. Alsco consider reviewing the FTX quick ref (URL) card> or the FTX (URL) guide> and the FTX (URL) faq> FTX is pretty slick and pretty easy once you get the hang of it. If you get stuck, ask for help! .general may not be the best (...) (20 years ago, 12-Mar-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish, FTX)

  Re: LEGO-related blogs?

(...) I see a bit of LEGO-related stuff here, but also have to give it extra points just for the Kids In The Hall reference. :) (...) I like the look/layout of this one. I'm guessing there's more yet to come? (...) Some very slick models. :) (...) (...) (20 years ago, 11-Mar-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish, FTX)

  Re: Evolution of the minifig

(...) The .xml file is similar to a RSS feed. Most aggregators use them interchangeably. So that is indeed what I was looking for. I should have just checked for that file, instead of relying on (URL) Bloglines> to find it for me. Feedburner looks (...) (20 years ago, 10-Mar-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

  Re: Evolution of the minifig

(...) Hey, I appear to have an atom feed (not quite sure what that means) at: (URL) Is that what you mean? I see that there is also a link to Feedburner (URL) , so maybe I should read up on that. I gather from this that there are two different feed (...) (20 years ago, 10-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.publish, FTX)

  Re: Evolution of the minifig

(...) Excellent article. Thanks for doing the research. Only thing I would request is that you add an RSS feed to your blog. Blogger makes this really easy (under settings, then site feed) and would assist those of us who rely on our aggregators to (...)   Re: NeutronBot.com ::: Best Site Ever

(...) It was supposed to be "You are the Wind beneith my wings", but the ho-bag Middler wouldn't give us the right to the song. I hereby hate Bette with every fiber of my being. Oh look, a cheetoh. (...) We've tried all that with Kyle and yet none (...) (20 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: NeutronBot.com ::: Best Site Ever

(...) Yea. I agree. (...) That's an idea. What if the link was the respective color of the hex when moused-over? It wouldn't be initionaly obivious, but once you mouseover and look around, it should ding. Additionally, placing the names in the image (...) (20 years ago, 6-Feb-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: NeutronBot.com ::: Best Site Ever

(...) It's extremely obvious what to do when you get to the site. When I first saw it both I and my girlfriend thought the splash was amazing. Much of the site structure was already obvious to us even before we knew how many people were on the site. (...) (20 years ago, 6-Feb-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: NeutronBot.com ::: Best Site Ever

(...) You forgot the tendency to wear women's undergarments, hygienic devices, and your shared love for the song-stylings of Michael Bolton and Bette Midler. I really like the fact that Middler's "From a Distance" plays when you click on the much (...) (20 years ago, 6-Feb-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)

Re: NeutronBot.com ::: Best Site Ever

(...) Kyle, Yes, it would be much less of a mystery if the hexagons did something other than just change color when moused-over. It was mentioned earlier in the thread that there would eventually be a picture in the hexagon - that'd be MUCH better (...) (20 years ago, 6-Feb-05, to lugnet.publish, FTX)
