Re: Wedding plans [was:Re: Wedding Date Announcement]

(...) When we flew down to Legoland last year, we went via LAX, and caught a little commuter flight out to Carlsbad airport, which (excepting a short taxi ride to the hotel), completely eliminates the need for a vehicle while there. Can't recall the (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.people)

(...) San Diego, please. Or John Wayne. The drive to and from LAX is icky compared to the drive from San Diego. IMHO. But if fares are a LOT lower like 100 or so, then LAX. Not that I care, I'll be using miles probably. (...) Do you WANT a mailing (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.people)

I am very pleased that you are both taking this step and it would be my sincere honor to attend. I will certainly be there with my family to wish you well. Question: Should we throw 1x1 white bricks or just rice :) ? Best wishes! Aaron (26 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.people)

Re: Wedding plans [was:Re: Wedding Date Announcement]

(...) I strongly suggest San Diego. LAX is at least an hour extra drive, assuming the freeways have no traffic. (ha!) I'd say that San Diego and John Wayne (Orange County) are the only reasonable airports for people visiting Carlsbad, and of the (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-01, to lugnet.people)

(...) I'm hoping we can send MF representatives...I'm also hoping someone sends a MF scale church too! :) That'd be neat, all the MF representatives, and representatives of you two (Todd and Suz) in Lego :) My MF will have some costomization done to (...) (...) Thanks everyone, for your good wishes. I'm setting up a discount code with American Airlines. I need to select a destination airport. Should I assume most people would fly into LAX or San Diego? There's about a 50-mile driving difference, yet (...) (26 years ago, 22-Feb-01, to lugnet.people)

(...) Yah, but your company's budget is way bigger than mine. $215 does not include lodging, meals, admission prices, etc. I'm a "starving student"[1], after all. --Bram 1) Well, actually that's because the food's so bad, not because I don't have (...) (26 years ago, 19-Feb-01, to lugnet.people)
