Just don’t shell them all the way through like an LDraw part - the whole peak and a good part of the surrounding area could eiter be solid ABS (or some kind of rib or enclosure structure) for strength. Send me the STL file and I’ll run one on my FDM machine. :)

(...) Thanks! Yeap, there are a lot of us Michiganians. (...) After my post yesterday I got to thinking that I'd left the gothic arch system incomplete. So below I'll give you a 1x8x4 & a 1x5x5 half arch. The regular half arch, has that 1x2 plate (...) (20 years ago, 22-Apr-05, to lugnet.parts, FTX)
