  Moving Forward

OK. We've all voiced our opinions and gripes. The average American has an attention span of about 12 seconds when it comes to reading a single message or thread thereof, but that's the other fellow's lookout, not mine, and despite this unpleasant (...)   Re: Introducing a Texas AFOL!

(...) I'm afraid I was under the impression that we were moving 'too fast' and were being 'asked too much of' for some in our group. So I've not attempted any further communication with my contact at Boeing. It may still be possible to gain Boeing's (...) (22 years ago, 11-Nov-02, to lugnet.org.us.texlug)

  Introducing a Texas AFOL!

Greetings, all. Every Friday night for the past five years or so, I have been indulging in my favorite role-playing game, an obscure title called DragonQuest. For about the past two years, I have been "gaming" (i.e. rolling dice and slaying (...) (22 years ago, 10-Nov-02, to lugnet.org.us.texlug)

Re: 2003 Spring Plans - a reply to a reply...

I, personally, like the idea of "playing" and getting to know each other on the first day kind of a warm up for the event we hold on the next. That sounds like a lot of fun with less stress. I mean because once we are at the meeting, the stress gets (...) (22 years ago, 5-Nov-02, to lugnet.org.us.texlug)

Re: 2003 Spring Plans - a reply (Even Longer)
