Absolutely! The subject line "Meeting at The Construction Site" really means
"we're [informally] meeting at..." rather than "there will be a meeting at..."
There might be an official or semi-official NELUG meeting per se afterwards
(Eric?) but NELUG doesn't hold official meetings at TCS.
