I can list a bunch of the restaurants in the area for your perusal:
***********************
Lizzy's - an ice cream place, very good wares. No alcohol outside of
the Bailey's flavored Ice Cream.
Bison County - kind of a pub set-up ... one room has the bar and some
small tables, larger tables in the other room. Lots of meat-intensive
dishes, succulent cheesy appetizers, etc. Essentially pub-grub type of
food.
Watch City Brewing Company - a microbrewery/restaurant all in one. The
dishes tend to be a bit fancier than standard pub fare ... Fish, meat,
pasta, salads ... it's like a regular restaurant with a contemporary pub
feel (well lit, large open spaces, etc. etc.) Sadly, no Guinness.
Cero's - a great Italian food restaurant. Lots of Salads and Pasta
Dishes (try the three-cheese tortellini *swoon*), excellent pizzas ... I
love this place. And that's high praise coming from me for a restaurant
which doesn't serve Guinness.
Iguana Cantina - a mexican restaurant, know for their piping-hot
fajitas. Lots of mexican food choices.
There another Italian restaurant around the corner, though I can't
recall the name of it. It is highly recommneded to me, though I've
never been there myself.
********************************
Those are all within 75 meters of The Construction Site. There are many
more places along Moody Street to dine at, but I'm most familiar with
the ones on this end of the street. Does it show?
Now, I refuse to make any decisions, I'm just an informant ;)
