Actually #5 is part of a 4-set multipack entitled "Consumption Clinic". Other
included sets are: "Gross Anatomy" with the highly sought after cadaver minifig;
"Bedside Manner"... a patient and nurse minifig combo that comes with a 2 x 2
round tile--bedpan pattern (unused of course); lastly, and just when you thought
you had enough dragon flames... the "Basement Crematorium".
There's a special S@H set, too. I'm not sure what it's called but it's two
figures, a little yellow net and a new straightjacket piece that fits over the
neck. I think it also comes with a caged wagon. (?)

What's really interesting about these sets is that they are the first time the new "rat" piece has been used outside of the Harry Potter sets... and LEGO must have had a bunch left over, judging by the numbers that seem to come with each of (...)
