Great!

Well the "app" I used for this is about as unsophisticated as you can get. I
do have some better "apps" that I can use to see how sophisticated I can make
this. Anyway I will play around with it some more tonight to see what I can
come up with. This was really more a "Proof of Concept" type of thing to see
what the response was.

Definitly! What would be really cool would be to have a multi-layered
drillable map so people can drill up and down to see as general a view or as
detailed a view as they want.

Definitly a good idea. I think the best thing about maps is that they
transcend the language barrier and can be a universal "language" when designed
properly.
Anyway I will keep you, Suz, and everyone else appraised of anything else I
come up with.

| (...) We'd be more than happy, Eric! Just talked to Suzanne and she said Yup that's one of the things we talked about doing long ago (before there were any LUGs at all) so now that the map is starting to fill up, now's a great time to do it! :-) (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.org.us)
